These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Wsslna, operated by Shabakat Waslna
Alraqmiyya Establishment, Commercial Registration No. 7023997401, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
By creating an account, accessing Wsslna, creating an event, joining an event, making a booking, or otherwise
using Wsslna, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Wsslna Platform
Wsslna is a technology platform enabling users to discover, create, publish, organize, and join events and activities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wsslna is not the organizer, operator, host, sponsor, or provider of events
created by users through the platform. The person who creates or offers an event (the "Event Creator") is
responsible for that event. Wsslna's role is generally limited to providing technology and related services facilitating
discovery, booking, payment, and participation.
2. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate and reasonably complete information and are responsible for account security,
keeping information current, activities conducted through their accounts, and promptly notifying Wsslna of
suspected unauthorized access. Wsslna may modify registration requirements and may refuse registration or
suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, third parties, or
comply with applicable law.
3. Minors
Where a user is a minor or otherwise lacks required legal capacity, the user must obtain the consent and
supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. Parents and guardians are responsible
for supervising minors, including evaluating whether an event is suitable. Event Creators may impose additional age
restrictions where appropriate or legally required.
4. Creating Events
Subject to available features and policies, users may create events and activities. By creating an event, the Event
Creator represents and agrees that event information is accurate and not misleading; the event complies with
applicable laws; the Event Creator has obtained and will maintain all licenses, permits, approvals, authorizations,
insurance, and other requirements applicable to the event; the Event Creator has the legal right to organize it; and
the Event Creator is responsible for venue, operation, staffing, equipment, supervision, security, safety,
management, and lawful content where applicable. These obligations apply to free and paid events.
5. Wsslna Does Not Verify Every Event or Creator
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wsslna does not guarantee that it has independently verified the identity,
qualifications, licenses, permits, background, statements, or suitability of every Event Creator. Listing an event does
not constitute Wsslna's endorsement, certification, approval, or guarantee. Wsslna may perform verification or
moderation at its discretion or where required by law without assuming the Event Creator's responsibility.
6. Participant Responsibility and Activity Risks
Users are responsible for deciding whether an event or activity is appropriate for them. Sporting, outdoor, running,
cycling, hiking, camping, recreational, physical, travel-related, and similar activities may involve inherent risks.
Participants are responsible for assessing their own ability, circumstances, equipment, and suitability. To the
maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wsslna is not responsible for injuries, accidents, illness, property
damage, loss, or other consequences arising from participation in an independently organized event. Nothing
excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Paid and Free Events
Wsslna may support free and paid events. For paid events, applicable pricing and transaction information will be
shown before booking as required by law. Wsslna may charge Event Creators commissions, service fees,
processing fees, or other charges. Wsslna reserves the right to establish and update its commission rates,
fees, charges, settlement arrangements, and commercial terms from time to time, subject to applicable law.
Changes will apply according to terms communicated through the platform and generally prospectively rather than
retroactively to completed transactions where prohibited by law.
8. Payments
Payments for paid events may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Moyasar. Amounts
paid through the platform may initially be received through Wsslna's payment arrangements before applicable
amounts are settled with the Event Creator. Subject to applicable law, Wsslna may determine and update
commission and fee structures, settlement schedules, minimum settlement thresholds, payment methods,
payment-processing arrangements, administrative requirements, and procedures concerning cancellations,
disputes, or failed transactions. Wsslna may delay or withhold settlement where reasonably necessary for
suspected fraud, chargebacks, disputes, cancellations, legal requirements, incorrect payment information, security
concerns, or violations of these Terms.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Bookings are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or provided under the
applicable Wsslna policy. If an Event Creator cancels an event, participants who paid through Wsslna will generally
be eligible for a refund of the applicable event amount under Wsslna's then-current procedures, subject to
applicable law. Wsslna reserves the right to establish, modify, and update its cancellation and refund
policies and procedures from time to time, subject to applicable law. Processing times may depend on banks,
card networks, payment providers, and other third parties.
10. Event Creator Settlements
Amounts payable to Event Creators will be calculated after deduction of applicable Wsslna commissions, fees,
refunds, chargebacks, adjustments, taxes where applicable, and other amounts properly deductible under
applicable commercial terms. Wsslna may establish and update settlement timing, procedures, and
requirements from time to time, subject to applicable law. No Event Creator should treat an amount as finally
payable until applicable payment, cancellation, fraud, refund, and settlement checks are completed.
11. User Content
Users may upload photographs, descriptions, event information, profile images, and other content. Users confirm
that they own or have necessary rights to the content; it complies with law; it does not infringe intellectual property,
privacy, publicity, or other rights; and it is not fraudulent, misleading, harmful, abusive, or prohibited. Users grant
Wsslna a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and use such
content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, promote, and improve Wsslna and applicable events, subject
to law. Wsslna may remove or restrict content violating these Terms, policies, or law.
12. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use Wsslna to conduct or promote unlawful activity; commit fraud or misrepresentation; create fake
or misleading events; harass, threaten, exploit, or harm others; infringe rights; circumvent fees or payment
mechanisms; manipulate transactions; introduce malicious code; interfere with security; access accounts or systems
without authorization; unlawfully collect personal information; or otherwise expose Wsslna or others to legal or
security risks.
13. Suspension, Removal, and Termination
Wsslna may remove events or content and restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary
due to suspected fraud, illegal activity, safety concerns, misleading information, missing permissions, payment or
settlement issues, abuse, violations, competent-authority requirements, or security or operational risks. Where
appropriate, Wsslna may act without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
14. Disputes Between Users and Event Creators
Event Creators and participants are primarily responsible for resolving disputes relating to the organization, quality,
execution, safety, description, attendance, or performance of an independently organized event. Wsslna is not
required to act as an arbitrator or adjudicator. Wsslna may choose to provide support without becoming responsible
for the underlying event. This does not affect obligations for payments, refunds, or other matters for which Wsslna is
legally responsible.
15. Third-Party Services
Wsslna may rely on third-party payment processors, cloud providers, maps, analytics, communications, and other
technology services. Wsslna is not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by independent third parties
beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms
and policies.
16. Intellectual Property
The Wsslna name, trademarks, logos, application, website, software, interface, designs, databases, and related
intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Wsslna and/or Shabakat Waslna Alraqmiyya Establishment. Users
may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit protected materials
except as permitted by law or expressly authorized.
17. Platform Availability and Changes
Wsslna reserves the right to add, modify, replace, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or update features,
functionality, services, payment methods, event categories, geographic availability, account requirements,
technical integrations, and other aspects of the platform at any time, subject to applicable law. Wsslna does
not guarantee that every feature will remain permanently available or that the platform will operate without
interruption or error.
18. Force Majeure
To the extent permitted by law, Wsslna will not be responsible for failure or delay resulting from circumstances
beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, governmental actions,
regulatory restrictions, telecommunications failures, power outages, payment-network failures, cyber incidents
affecting third parties, or similar events.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wsslna will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential,
special, or similar losses arising from independently organized events or conduct of users or Event Creators.
Wsslna does not guarantee event quality or safety, attendance, user conduct, accuracy of user-supplied
information, satisfaction of expectations, or qualifications or authorizations of an Event Creator unless Wsslna
expressly states it has verified them. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, an Event Creator agrees to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities,
penalties, costs, or expenses incurred by Wsslna arising from the Event Creator's unlawful conduct, breach of these
Terms, infringement of third-party rights, failure to obtain required licenses or permits, or operation of an event in
violation of applicable requirements.
21. Privacy
Use of Wsslna is subject to the Wsslna Privacy Policy. Users should review that policy to understand how personal
data is handled.
22. Changes to These Terms, Policies, and Services
Wsslna reserves the right, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, to amend, update, replace, or
modify these Terms and Conditions and any policies, rules, procedures, or guidelines governing the use of
Wsslna from time to time. Changes may include, without limitation, fees, commissions and charges; payment and
settlement methods and schedules; cancellation and refund policies; event creation and participation requirements;
eligibility requirements; platform rules and prohibited activities; available services, features and functionality;
payment providers and other third parties; geographic availability; account requirements; operational, security and
verification procedures; and any other aspect of Wsslna or its services.
Wsslna may introduce new policies or additional terms for specific services or features. Updated Terms or policies
will become effective from the date specified by Wsslna or, where no date is specified, upon publication or
availability through Wsslna, subject to notice or consent requirements under applicable law. Where required, Wsslna
will notify users of material changes and obtain any legally required consent. Changes will generally apply
prospectively and will not alter completed transactions retroactively where prohibited by law.
Continued use of Wsslna after updated Terms or policies become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes
to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a user does not agree, the user may discontinue use and delete the
account, subject to outstanding obligations.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and use of Wsslna are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Subject
to mandatory rights or procedures under applicable law, disputes relating to Wsslna shall be subject to the
jurisdiction of competent courts and authorities in Saudi Arabia.
24. Severability
If any provision is determined invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent
permitted by law.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies or terms expressly presented through
Wsslna, constitute the agreement governing use of the platform, subject to applicable law.
